When will you send my goods?
All orders have a processing time before they are dispatched, usually 1-2 working days.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.

You will then be notified of both processing and delivery. In many cases, we ship from our warehouses in the US or Asia. If you are coming from Asia, it may take 2-10 days to receive your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed and shipped. They cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address. www.peachyshapers.com cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred in shipping to the correct address.

Where do my goods come from?
Our main warehouse is located in the USA, but most of our specialty products are located in other countries, such as USA and China.

Will my items be shipped in one package?
Yes, your package will always be shipped in one package.

Do you deliver outside of United Kingdom?
We can deliver to all countries outside USA, with a few exceptions. If you are unsure, please send an email to Info@giorelia.com.

I have entered an incorrect address!
If you have misspelt or entered your address incorrectly, please reply to the order confirmation email and provide us with the correct details. Please inform us immediately by e-mail to Info@giorelia.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 12 hours.

My item has arrived damaged.
We send all items with extra padding. However, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 items arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.

How safe is it to shop? Is my data protected?
Your information is kept confidential and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a secure server software. The encrypted information about your order, name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by third parties. Credit card payments are also verified using the 3D-Secure procedure.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer a secure checkout process and accept payments via Paypal, Klarna, credit or debit cards. Prices for all products are quoted in USD.

How can I track my order?
We will send the tracking number(s) of your order to the email address you provided when you placed your order. In this email you will also find instructions on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will appear 1-3 days after you receive the email.
